This is the premium Keemun tea available from Anhui. So good in fact, that the Chinese rarely sell it out of the country. The leaf is carefully tendered and only the finest are used in its manufacture. The flavour is not dissimilar to Mao Feng, nutty in character, but with a crisp edge to it. A clean and assertive tea of excellent quality, it has an honest flavour and a sweet finish. Perfect for everyday drinking.

The perfect cup:
Use one teaspoon per cup. Use freshly drawn boiled water and infuse for 3 to 5 minutes according to personal taste.
