The perfect cup:
Use one teaspoon per cup. Use freshly drawn boiled water that has been allowed to cool to 80 ºC
(approximately 3 minutes) and infuse for 2 to 3 minutes according to personal taste.

...my first introduction to White tea after being told I would 'live forever' with its antioxident qualities and low caffeine. Hugely 'subtle flavours' and you work out very quickly what suits your own taste in strength Definitely a thinking persons tea this - I will be on this for a while!
