Fresh, mellow with hints of melon, White Peony tea is less delicate and more full-bodied than Silver Needle. It is composed of the tea bud and two lower leaves. A great tea to enjoy at any time of the day or night. A warm, summer’s evening in a cup.

The perfect cup:
Use one teaspoon per cup. Use freshly drawn boiled water that has been allowed to cool to 80 ºC
(approximately 3 minutes) and infuse for 2 to 3 minutes according to personal taste.
